| Price Policy |
|
All prices quoted by our staff either in-person, written quote, on our website or otherwise are inclusive of taxes (GST) and levies for the Australian market only. and are current at time of printing We endeavour to maintain these prices for the duration of the quote or advertized price, However factors beyond our control (such as changes in the foreign currency exchange rates, changes in base material costs etc) may vary the costs at the time of sale and we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly. |
| Payment |

All invoiced goods and services will remain the property of ParanSolutions until the total of outstanding accounts have been paid.Payment for services rendered or stock provided will be made strictly on C.O.D terms. Account customers will be invoiced on 7 days unless otherwise stated or arranged in writing by management. Upon failure of payment, the buyer grants unhindered permission to enter premises to recover and/or inspect goods. Interest on overdue accounts may be charged and imposed at a rate of 12% compounded daily. The purchaser and ParanSolutions agree that the
provisions of this caluse apply notwithstanding any arrangement between the parties under which the company grants the purchaser credit

| Stock Availability |
|
At ParanSolutions we are constantly seeking new products and due to the rapid evolution within the electronics and I.T sectors alike, an advertized or quoted product may be substituted by a suitable equivalent of equal or superior quality product at our discretion. Products ordered as a specialty item such as spare parts, expansion cards, cannot be returned for a refund, but may be exchanged for other items or services of equal value. |
| Warranty (New Items) |
Without hinderance on statutory rights, ParanSolutions warrants new items to be free from defects in manufacturing as stated by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or invoice date. Many products carry two, five or lifetime warranty (These items are not affected by the time limitation of the 12 month warranty) and are stated as having such warranty at time of purchase. If a defect in a product sold by ParanSolutions occurs within the stated time period and not having been from misuse, negligence or other factors beyond our control including (but not limited to) defective installation, un-authorized service/repair, alteration/modification or use in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer, we will at our discretion repair or replace the aforementioned product. ParanSolutions does not accept any liability beyond this and not limited to consequential losses incurred by individuals/corporations or other (known as the customer)
A $45p/h serive fee may be charged if a product is deemed not to be faulty.

| Warranty (Second Hand and Demonstration Items) |
Unless otherwise stated in writing, second hand goods purchased from ParanSolutions are bound by the following
*DOA Warranty - this is a Dead On Arrival warranty, the product is warranted to be working on delivery but no warranty can be given or implied beyond this.
*Repairs carried out on secondhand items will be done on a 'Return to base' principal, being the customer pays for freight both ways. Repairs not collected after 30 days of notified completion may be sold in order to recover repair costs without the consent or further notification to the customer.

| Warranty (Services and Labour) |
Data, Telecommunications and Alarm installations shall be carried out in accordance to AS/ACIF S009:2001 and shall carry a warranty no greater than as stipulated in the aforementioned Australian Standard. All works will be carried out by an approved and licensed technician.
Products (not including software) manufactured or assembled by ParanSolutions will carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.The customer indemnifies ParanSolutions against damages for tasks pertaining to the use or recovery of data. Retention of title is agreed on the recovery of data
and will transfer to the respective intellectual property owner upon closure of all outstanding accounts for the services rendered |
| Warranty (Software) |
Software regardless of programming language shall have a 90 day limited warranty and is subject to the following
*Including the source code, binary code forms, documentation, appearance, structure and organization are copyrighted by ParanSolutions and are protected under copyright, intellectual property and other laws. Title to the Software and any sub component, or to any copy, modification, or merged portion shall remain with the aforementioned, subject to the applicable license arranged at time of sale in writing.
*To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the software and the sub components are provided and licensed as mentioned without further warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose
*Ownership of source code will remain the property of ParanSolutions at all times, ParanSolutions reserve the right to alter source code
*ParanSolutions will not be liable to user/s for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost savings arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
*The user accepts that the software may have errors and indemifies ParanSolutions for damages, consequential or other as outlined above in respect to the aforementioned |

*Only collecting information from those we deal with which is neccesary for our business to adequately service our customers.
*We will hold information indefinetely in accordance with legal financing law and for future advertising material deployment. If you do not wish to receive such material in the future, please contact sales@paransolutions.com.au to have your details removed
*All information is securely held by the organisation and suitable methods have been applied to prevent tampering or malicious use
*If you believe that information held by ParanSolutions is not accurate, please contact us to have these ammended
